MAN TGA Euro 5 Common Rail Injector
The BGG-MAN-TGA-E5-001 is a precision-engineered OEM-grade replacement injector designed for MAN heavy-duty truck engines meeting Euro 5 emission standards. Each unit is manufactured to original specifications using high-grade alloy steel and Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coated nozzle tips for extended service life.
All BGG injectors undergo a 7-stage quality control process including: dimensional inspection, pressure testing at 2,500 bar, spray pattern verification, leak-down testing, electrical continuity check, flow rate calibration, and final visual inspection.
